Mundine world title...again

Anthony "The Man" Mundine won a brutal brawl with Daniel Geale last night to snare the IBO middleweight title. He is now number 1 ranked contender for both Pavlik (WBC and WBO champ) and also Felix Sturm (WBA champion). According to the Sydney Morning Herald, "The win gives Mundine the rare distinction of being a world titleholder in dual weight divisions, making the former NSW Origin star one of Australia's greatest boxers and sportsmen of all time". Just a week till UFC 98...might be able to stream this one, a possibility anyway as UFC 97 was uploaded to a live stream by a few snoopys.

Ming Wu 4: awesome!

WOW! We had a great time down in Hsinchu at Ming Wu 4. Standard of fighters was higher than we expected and it was incredibly well organized. High speed rail there and back, Ivo, Dave, Wol and SBF had a few sherbets to get in the mood, met Chrisanne there as well, and generally had a great day. Bring on Ming Wu 5!
